Shipping to mainland France, Corsica (excluding DROM-COM), Belgium, Switzerland, Germany, Luxembourg

Carrier: La Poste
Prices: Actual shipping costs except in the event of promotion
Shipping times: Shipping within 48 hours (2 working days) after receipt of payment
Delivery times: Tracked delivery 48 hours (2 working days) except in the event of an exceptional delay by the carrier.

These deadlines exclude orders placed on weekends and public holidays.

International orders

Shipping costs depend on location and weight.

For most locations, packages are, in principle, delivered to the Customer within 15 working days.

All orders are shipped by French postal service, DHL, UPS or equivalent.

We are not responsible for incorrect addresses.

The Customer is required to provide all the information necessary for the proper execution of delivery of the goods: name, first name, delivery or collection and billing address if different from the delivery address, telephone number.

You will be charged additional shipping costs if the goods are returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Order tracking

When your order has been processed and sent, you will receive an email with a tracking reference number. Please allow up to 24 hours for this number to be registered in the system, once you receive your shipping confirmation email, before tracking as the information may not be available immediately. International customers should be aware that shipping updates may or may not be available once the package leaves France.

International customs fees and duties

International orders may be subject to local charges. Customs policies vary widely, with customs or import duties charged once the order reaches its destination country.

For this reason, ShivShakti cannot be held responsible for any additional charges. Please be aware of any additional fees your local customs office may charge before placing your order.

Of course, you can unsubscribe from receiving electronic commercial messages from us at any time.


Return policy

Any request for Product return by the Customer will be made either by email to the following address:, indicating their order number. If goods are returned without prior agreement - there is no guarantee of refund or credit note.

Defective products must be reported within 3 days of receipt of the item - Please read carefully our return conditions provided for in the General Conditions of Sale.

Please note that S hivShakti will not be responsible for return shipping costs (or refund of customs duties in the case of international purchases) for exchange of items or change of mind. It is the customer's responsibility to cover the shipping costs of their updated order upon exchange of goods.

Change of opinion

We want you to be happy with your purchase.

ShivShakti offers a full refund for change of mind, if made within 30 days of delivery. The customer is responsible for shipping costs for returns.

Returns must be sent within 14 days of us communicating the problem.

Defective items

Due to the nature of the polishing process, there will be some visual differences between the stone you receive and what appears on our website. If an item is faulty or significantly different from description, please contact us to arrange the return. If the item is deemed to have a manufacturing defect, a replacement may be made in the first instance. A refund will be issued if we cannot replace the item. Return costs for defective items will be refunded upon receipt. We reserve the right to inspect the product, in cases deemed necessary, before issuing a credit or refund.

ShivShakti reserves the right to refuse a return, if it does not correspond to our returns policy or has not been authorized by email before receipt.

The Products sold by the Seller on the ShivShakti website to the Customer benefit from a lifetime warranty.
