Stones that treat acne

Acne is a skin disease characterized by the eruption of red pimples, blackheads and cysts. It most often affects the face and thorax, but also the back, torso and even the scalp.

Acne is a reflection of reactions that take place in the sebaceous glands. Housed in the skin, these glands produce sebum, a lubricating substance. If there is a lack of sebum, the skin will be dry and easily chapped. If there is too much, the skin will become more oily and acne-prone. Indeed, excess sebum obstructs the duct of the sebaceous glands. This facilitates the proliferation of bacteria normally present in the skin and in particular Propionibacterium acnes bacteria, responsible for inflammation (red spots). When the blocked follicle expands too much, it causes retentional lesions (blackheads and microcysts).

The symptoms of acne are fairly well treated in adolescents. They are sometimes more difficult to cure in adults.

Aventurine

Aventurine is the most effective stone against skin problems.

It is particularly recommended against acne, in the form of an elixir. Leave the aventurine to soak in a bowl of clean water overnight and then clean the parts of the face or body affected by acne with this water.

To recharge aventurine, place it in the sun regularly.

Peridot

Peridot (also called chrysolite or olivine) has a beneficial action against skin conditions.

Carry this stone with you at the same time as aventurine to improve acne problems.

Discharge it regularly under water then recharge it in the sun.
