Stones against eczema in Lithotherapy

Atopic dermatitis or constitutional eczema is a chronic inflammatory disease causing itching. It is common in children and young adults, it is due to hereditary factors but also to environmental factors that are still poorly understood.

Selenite

Selenite is recommended, in application, to resolve eczema problems. Place the stone on the part of the skin that is affected for half an hour every day.

Aventurine

Aventurine is known for its effectiveness in treating skin problems , most notably eczema, but also allergies, rashes and acne.

For eczema, you can make an aventurine elixir by leaving the stone in a bowl of water overnight. Apply this solution to the affected areas, gently dabbing the soaked tissue. You can reinforce this water with a peridot (see below).

Yellow Amber

Yellow amber is renowned for its effectiveness in combating dermatological problems, particularly eczema. You can use it on areas of the skin where eczema flares up, for 30 minutes per day.
