Obsidian

Obsidian highlights belief in karma, karmic beliefs and the connections that arise from them. It allows us to understand them, transmute them and balance them.

To do this, take a ball of polished Obsidian weighing 100 to 200 grams and put yourself in a state of relaxation . Ask your being to connect with the previous incarnation most related to your current life. Let the memories emerge, until you deeply feel the links between this incarnation and the previous one. Then, at the appropriate time, return to your ordinary state of consciousness.

Repeat the experiment as often as necessary. The images that emerge are always linked to current events and the resonances differ from one day to the next. After use, don't forget to purify your stone for several hours in a large bowl of clear water.

Selenite

Selenite allows deep work on awareness of karmic links and related beliefs. It thus allows karmic imprints to be dissolved.

To clean karmic imprints, take a stick of raw Selenite (recommended size: 150 to 200 grams) or a polished Selenite pebble. Sit calmly and ask Selenite to help you dissolve the old imprints of this life or other lives still present in your body. When you feel that the energy has stabilized, return to your ordinary state of consciousness.

Repeat the experience as often as you wish, especially as long as you feel “loaded” with previous imprints. After use, you can purify your Selenite if necessary by passing it through incense smoke (olibanum or benzoin resins). Be careful not to use stick incense which is essentially composed of charcoal.
